In Gainesville, Florida, lives a pastor of a small church of 50 people who is obviously a religious fanatic.

 

His hatred for the nation of Islam has compelled him to claim he will be having a Koran burning this Saturday, September 11, as a memorial for the Word Trade Center attacks 9 years ago.

Search Gets Even Faster with ‘Google Instant’

The mystery behind this week’s changing Google logo was revealed today as the company released its new searching platform, ‘Google Instant.’

 

 

In a San Francisco seminar this morning, Google announced it would be launching “Google Instant,” a faster, more interactive way to search the web.

Google Voice Challenges Skype

Gmail got a little more competitive on Wednesday as Google unveiled its Google Voice phone service designed to allow its users to make free phone calls directly from their email inbox.

 

In a major move to challenge the success of Skype, Google is basically offering every Gmail user a way talk on the phone for free, at least in 2010, to landlines and cell phones in the United States and Canada. Government Can Track Your Car With GPS

A little later than predicted, 2010 is shedding light on a situation all too similar to Orwell’s 1984, where “Big Brother” is always watching.

 

According to an article by TIME magazine, featured on Yahoo! News, government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night and plant a GPS tracker on your vehicle, making it possible for them to keep surveillance on your car’s every move.
